A wrong-way driver was arrested over the weekend after causing a crash on the 101. CHP investigators say it happened at around 1:30 yesterday morning in the Atascadero area. 36-year-old Monica Duggan of Atascadero was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 101. Arnold Johnson was traveling southbound when he noticed a car coming straight at him. Johnson swerved, but the two cars collided. Duggan was arrested on suspicion of DUI. No one was seriously injured in the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
