Grover Beach could be getting a couple of new hotels. A proposed project would put two four-story hotels on a plot of land on El Camino Real. If approved, the project would help fill a void in the city. City officials the project could generate as much as $800,000 a year in a Transient Occupancy Tax. In Addition to the hotels on the property, seven single-family homes market-rate homes would help the cities housing needs. City Council members will review the project next Monday.
