Lompoc Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing at-risk woman. Authorities say 43-year-old Carrie Moog was last seen yesterday at noon leaving her home. She’s a white woman with hazel eyes and brown hair. She is 5-foot-3 and weighs about 135 pounds. she was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt and blue jeans.
