Yesterday state public health officials notified SLO County that it was not performing to the state’s standards for reopening and the county was now on the state’s watch list. Then, Governor Gavin Newsom announced he was ordering indoor operations at a range of businesses; including dine-in restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, zoos and museums, cardrooms and all bars, regardless of watch list status.
