School superintendents across the Santa Maria Valley have been meeting to discuss the upcoming new school year. They have been having weekly talks with the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department to get updates and directions. According to KEYT, all the superintendents are keeping three things in mind; The health and safety of students and staff members. Student learning and well-being, and have equitable access to a high-quality program. Each district will make a final decision on plans during the upcoming school board meetings.
