Several power outages left thousands of San Luis Obispo North County residents without electricity yesterday. A total of more than 4,200 customers in Atascadero, Santa Margarita, and into Pozo were affected. A smaller outage was also reported in Paso Robles. PG&E is currently investigating the cause. Officials say the outages were NOT part of a rolling blackout.
