Another death attributed to COVID-19 has been reported in Santa Barbara County. Health officials say the person was over the age of 70, with underlying health issues. Santa Barbara County now has 90 deaths related to COVID-19. Officials also added 47 new confirmed cases of the virus. San Luis Obispo County added 23 new cases of confirmed COVID-19. 426 people are recovering at home and 2,332 have fully recovered.
