Santa Maria Police are asking for your help in locating a missing teen and her baby. Police say 17-year-old Elena Garcia and her 6-month-old daughter were last seen Sunday night on South Wallis. She may be in the company of the baby’s alleged father, 30-year-old Jaime Ponce. Elena is described as Hispanic, 4’11”, about 110 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes.
