Cal Fire crews made quick work of a car fire following a single-car accident over the weekend. Officials say the crash happened on Highway 46 East on Saturday near McMillan Canyon Road. Everyone inside the car was able to get out before the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames, sparking a vegetation fire. Flames scorched about a quarter of an acre.
