A shooting investigation on the 101 in Santa Maria led to the arrest of an L.A. woman last night. The CHP received reports of someone driving southbound on Highway 101, randomly shooting at cars. One person was shot in the arm and up to 4 vehicles were hit by bullets. Officers approached a parked car on the side of the highway and noticed shell casings. 33-year-old Chappinette Lelani Ernia K Martin of Los Angeles told officers her car had broken down and she was waiting for help. A loaded handgun was found in her car and she was taken into custody.
