While thousands of ballots wait to be counted, incumbent mayors of several Central Coast communities are holding commanding leads. The only mayor without more than 50 percent of the vote would be Atascadero Mayor Heather Moreno. She stills leads that city’s mayoral race with 43 percent of the votes.
