San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties will remain under the state’s stay-at-home order for another four weeks. According to California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly, the decision was made based on projections that the ICU capacity is not improving and demand will continue to exceed capacity in Southern California. Santa Barbara and SLO Counties are included in the Southern California region.
