The San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department is opening up COVID-19 vaccine appointments to people 65 years of age and older. Appointments for next week will open at 9 a.m. today. County Public Health Officer Dr. Penny Borenstein says it could happen next week. But could change if numbers trend back up.
