Santa Maria Police are investigating an early morning shooting incident that sent one person to the hospital. It happened at around 12:30 this morning. When First responders arrived at the North Depot Street Scene, they found a male victim suffering from moderate injuries. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The investigation is ongoing.
