A 14-year-old is facing felony charges. Atascadero Police allege the juvenile robbed a driver of personal property before brandishing a weapon and stealing a car Saturday at around 12:30. Officers spotted the teen driving the stolen car a short time later. Following a brief foot chase the 14-year-old was taken into custody, and is now facing felony charges that include carjacking and robbery.
