Scary moments for an Orcutt neighborhood last night. Residents in the area of Foster Road & Odie Lane were told to shelter in place at around 8:45 last night after a suspicious package was discovered. The county bomb squad was called out to investigate. At around 10:15, the bomb squad removed the package and gave the “all-clear”, declaring the area safe.
