Sacramento Man Heads To Prison For Human Trafficking

A Sacramento man found guilty of Human Trafficking is headed to prison. In March, a Grand Jury found 38-year-old Lucion Lee Edwards Banks guilty of trafficking a 14-year-old girl using force, fraud, deceit, coercion, violence, and duress. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office announced on Friday that Banks will be spending his next 15 years in state prison.
