Businesses across the Central Coast are gearing up for a busy three-day weekend. Tourism officials say, while they can’t use 2020 numbers due to the pandemic, compared to 2019, this Memorial Day Weekend should see an increase in the number of tourists visiting the area. Pismo Beach Police say they will have increased patrols, and several businesses in the hospitality field are looking for employees to help with the anticipated increase in visitors.
