A Santa Maria woman is accused of prowling and possessing meth. Authorities say Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s deputies witnessed 37-year-old Erica Woolum going through donated items behind the Goodwill store on Orcutt Road Tuesday morning. At the time of her arrest, deputies found her in possession of more than five grams of meth and several out of state license plates. She’s currently being held in lieu of 30,000 dollars bail.
