Three men believed to be involved in the shooting death of an Oceano man are behind bars. Sheriff Ian Parkinson made the announcement yesterday at a press conference. All three suspects were identified as members of the Oceano 13 gang. On April 3rd, 41-year-old Daniel Fuentes Sr. was shot. He would later die from his injuries at a neighbor’s house. Investigators identified Nathaniel Jara and Gabriel and Robert Garay as suspects “based on extensive follow-up investigative processes, tips from the public and forensic evidence.” The D.A.’s Office says all three will be facing several charges, including murder. They are due in court later this morning.
