29 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Santa Barbara County. The total now stands at 313. Of the new cases, 13 are inmates at the Lompoc Federal Prison. 124 have fully recovered, 40 people are in the hospital, 15 are in the ICU. According to KSBY, 38 health care workers have tested positive.
