Some San Luis Obispo County businesses that were the last to reopen are now the first to close again this morning. According to a county press release, gyms, fitness centers, places of worship, indoor protests, non-essential offices, personal care services, such as nail salons, tattoo parlors, and hair salons will have to close or limit operations. San Luis Obispo County was placed on the state’s watch list Monday. Three days of failed case rate criteria have forced the closures.
