Santa Barbara County has made it to the Orange Tier of California’s reopening blueprint. Santa Barbara County Public Health Director Van Do-Reynoso made the announcement at yesterday’s County Board of Supervisors meeting. The move into the Orange tier allows higher indoor capacity for businesses and fewer public health restrictions. Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo County is now the only Central Coast county in the red tier of COVID-19 restrictions and will stay there for at least another two weeks.
