Why isn't “Select” information the same as “Mis”-information?

SLO county handed down another Mask Mandate on September 1st according to that Mandate 67 people where hospitalized due to COVID, and 20 of which were in the ICU. August also saw a record number of cases in which 3543 people had contracted the virus. But, this study failed to mention any breakthrough cases and what percentage of each category had indeed been fully vaccinated. After getting those numbers by calling the health department and getting different numbers from listeners who called the health department, we understand why they left that information out of the report… #GrowingSkepticism
